This is where the majority of the people from out of town will be staying.
There is many amenities around this hotel, and also a few dealerships
with in walking distance if you need a last minute emergency part.
Across the freeway from the hotel is a grocery store,
auto parts store, and many other restaurants and retail stores.

Car Show Roll In
Cars are allowed to roll in and set up any time after
6am. No overnight parking, set up morning of event only.

Vendor & Swap Setup
Vendors Can set up any time after 5am. If you need
to setup the night before or leave vehicles over night,
please contact us to arrange a time.

Gates Open
The general public will be allowed on the event grounds at 10am.
Judging
All judging will be in front of the main stage on the grass this year.
There will be a car show area were all judged cars will be allowed to park.
The parking area is on premium polo field / golf green type of grass.
We ask that you be very careful driving on the grass.
No burnouts or reckless driving. We will ask you to leave if you do.
Car classes will be determined on the day of the event.
Show & Shine will also park in the same area until full.

Trophies
Trophies will be handed out at the
main stage where the judging takes place.
Event Ends
The even ends at 5pm. Please make sure you drive safe
and pick up any garbage. There will be receptacles available.

This will be a Cash Only event. There is no ATM machine.
Registration:
Cutoff date for preregistration is one week prior the show date.
When preregistering for any event or product on this website, please print your receipt after the checkout process and bring it to the show for confirmation.
Car Show:
Judged cars only. If you would like to register two vehicles, you must add to cart twice. Support vehicles and show cars will be allowed between 7-10am day of show..
Support vehicles can pre-reg or you can register to be in the Show and Shine if they would like to be a support vehicle after the 10am deadline. Support vehicles must be in the Show and Shine / show area by 11am. If non-Show'n'Shine support vehicle are not moved by 9am, the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense. NOTE: You must be at the show before 9am to get judged. If you roll in after 9am, you will still be able to park in the show area. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.
Show and Shine:
The Show and Shine is a non-judged area. All European cars are welcome. Support vehicles are welcome to register in Show'N'Shine, rules are listed in the Registration section above.
Vendor Spaces:
The vendor space will be 10' x 10', and goes up in incrament of 10ft.. You can not set up a swap space in a vendor space.
Set up 5am day of the event. Any cars left at the show will be towed at the owners expense. Items that are left at the show will be discarded and/or considered property of WaterWerks, so please clean up your area after the show.
Swap Spaces:
The swap space will be 20' x 20' for each space, and goes up in incraments of 20ft (2 spots = 20'x 40', 3 spots = 20'x 60', etc.). You can not set up a business in a swap space. This is for individuals parts only. You will get a premium spot if you arrive first. First come, first serve.
Set up 5am day of the event. Any cars left at the show will be towed at the owners expense. Items that are left at the show will be discarded and/or considered property of WaterWerks, so please clean up your area after the show. If you have engines or oily parts please bring a drop cloth or tarp to keep any oil from marking the ground or killing the grass.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts are offered here at a discounted rate. Show prices will be $20. So order yours now to get one reserved and at a discounted rate. There is a limited quantity. Please bring your PayPal receipt when picking up your shirt at the show, ust incase something happend on our end. If we have no record of your purchase and you have no receipt, you will not receive a shirt.
